Ingredients:
- 2 cups cashews (soaked for 2+ hours)
- 3 cups water or unsweetened dairy-free milk
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- hot sauce (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Pulse 2-3 times for approximately 10 seconds each
3. If you like, add hot sauce.
4. Heat on a low-medium stovetop for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
