Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp @vegateam powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 4 tbsp coconut milk

  • 1.5 tbsp coconut oil

  • pinch of salt

Direction:

  1. Mix dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, sugar, protein powder, baking soda, and salt) together in the microwavable mug using a fork

  2. Add the nut milk and vegetable oil and stir to combine

  3. Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes until the batter has risen and has a sponge-y texture

  4. Allow to cool, then enjoy straight from the mug! Top with fresh fruit, chocolate, chopped nuts, etc.
