Who it’s for: Anyone who’s looking for a quirky and fun place to eat delicious pizza. All of their menu items can be made vegan with animal-free cheese, mock meat, and even ranch!
What I’m ordering next: While I loved the build-your-own pizza option, next time I’m going to try a Seitan Pittsburgh “Steak” Hoagie with no egg and Veganaise instead of Mayo. This isn’t a meal I ate often when I still ate animals, so I’m curious how it would compare to my limited experience. Do you like when vegan alternatives taste eerily like the non-vegan dishes they’re inspired by? Sometimes I get freaked out when seitan and other mock meats taste too much like the real thing!
Why I love it: While you’re in the neighborhood, you can also check out Bantha Tea Bar or Mixtape for a beverage to complement your meal. You can even bring your takeout to Mixtape to enjoy like I did!
