This homemade Vegan Sriracha Aioli recipe adds the perfect amount of heat to any dish. Ready in under five minutes and using only five ingredients, it doesn’t get much easier than this.
Jump to RecipeSriracha aioli, AKA spicy mayo, makes everything better. Drizzle it on tacos, sushi, or veggies. Dip it with fries or a lunch wrap. You can’t go wrong!
While most aioli isn’t vegan, this recipe is! I used JUST Mayo instead of a traditional mayonnaise, and the texture and flavor is no different for it. Additionally, unlike egg-based mayo, JUST Mayo has zero cholesterol.
I remember when the JUST brand was difficult to find and very expensive. Now, they’re in tons of stores and their prices are competitive with animal-based products! I think it’s so cool that more people are curious and accepting of vegan alternatives. Another benefits of this dip is it requires only five ingredients:
- vegan mayonnaise
- lime juice
- Sriracha
- garlic powder
- salt
Within a few minutes, you’ll have a plant-based aioli with a kick!
